Really, boys liked DJ? Personally, I liked Stephanie, but only because she was closest to my age, and that was my biggest determining factor in the character I related to on TV shows as a youngster. I also liked the youngest daughter on Family Matters solely because of her age, even though she rarely appeared -- and then disappeared in season four with nary a word spoken about losing a member of the family.

Don't even get me started on Saved by the Bell. If Bayside High existed, I'd be there with my Bayside Tigers shirt on.

Little known fact: every young boy inexplicably had a crush on DJ.
Bonus little known fact: most of these young boys graduated to Kelly on Saved by the Bell.
Double bonus little known fact: very few of these young men grew up to fall inexplicably in love with Diane Lane.
